Scholarship applications for 2-year and 4-year college students are due April 1.
In addition, we have a NEW DEIR Scholarship available for historically underrepresented students.
$1500 Scholarships from the American Chemical Society:
Two-year college students:
- William J Wasserman Scholarship (2-year college students): deadline April 1
- DEIR Scholarship for 2-year or 4-year college students, deadline April 1
Four-year college students:
- Julia A Rutherford Scholarship (4-year college students): deadline April 1
- DEIR Scholarship for 2-year or 4-year college students, deadline April 1
The DEIR Scholarship has slightly different questions than the Wasserman and Rutherford scholarships, so if students who apply for the Wasserman/Rutherford scholarships also wish to apply for the DEIR scholarship – all they need to do is include a separate essay for the DEIR questions. We can duplicate the other supporting materials (letters of recommendation, transcripts).
